YOGINI HEN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please ensure you read these conditions as you agree to them when you book:
The Yoga Experience and Half Day Experiences require a completed booking form and a 50% deposit to reserve the date. The fees for these two options are set. Please see our Packages page for details. The deposit is non refundable. The remaining fee is due 1 month before the event. This will be detailed in an invoice/receipt.
The Full Day Experience fees vary dependent on which workshops and lunch options are chosen. Fees are calculated accordingly and detailed in the invoice. Once calculated and agreed by the client, a 50% deposit is due to reserve dates and is non refundable. The remaining fee is due 1 month before the event.
To create a bespoke Weekend Retreat Experience, a £50 finders fee is due on first contact, to enable Yogini Hen to research and offer a proposed itinerary and pricing structure. Once this is approved by the client, Yogini Hen will pass on accommodation details so the client can pay the venue/caterers directly. A 50% deposit will be required by Yogini Hen to bookYogin Hen services. The remaining fee of 50% is due 1 month before the event. This will be detailed in an invoice.
A deposit of 50% is due to reserve all bookings. This is non refundable under all circumstances. The remaining fee is due 1 month before the event. If the event is cancelled under 1 month before the event, the full fee is due and payment is required within 2 days of cancellation of the booking.
Group Sizes: Prices are based on a party of 20 hens or less. If there are more in your group, extra fees apply and a second yoga teacher may be required.
All Yogini Hen teachers are fully insured to teach yoga.
All yoga mats/eye pillows are provided. Guests are welcome to bring extra props, blankets, their own mat etc if they prefer.
Lost and Stolen Property
Clients are entirely responsible for their property at all venues. Yogini Hen can accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
